When life changes, we need to deeply listen.
With noise all around us, we need a quiet space for sacred listening and sacred story telling. There are a few different formats in which we can ender the deep together.
In spiritual direction, we are tapping into ancient wisdom for modern living. We walk out of each session with deeper clarity, meaning and peace.
Individual Spiritual Direction
For those experiencing change, transformation, or hardship…
A highly confidential space to slow down, explore what matters, and listen for what is emerging beneath the surface of your life. Instead of allowing our head to dictate our life, we must allow some room for the soul to speak, to heal, to breathe.
Individual sessions can be for anyone - from caregivers of those living with dimentia or neurological disorders to overtaxed parents, to striving graduate students, to those who are deconstructing their faith or are experiencing a shift in their spirituality.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes in a phsycial location in Pasadena or on the phone.
Rate: $175/month (Sliding scale available, if needed)

Spiritual Direction
Ages 15-25
For those finding their way into adulthood…
Growing up can bring enormous questions: Who am I? What do I believe? Where do I belong? What do I want? What kind of person am I becoming?
Spiritual direction gives teenagers and young adults a place where you don't have to perform or become soceity’s version of successful. It's a space to be heard, ask honest questions, explore spirituality and meaning, and discover your own inner compass.
While the function of spiritual direction is the same (deep listening to ourselves and to our Higher Power), younger adults may want to play around with formats: we can meet up for a walk, sit in a park, lay on the ground, or do somatic or spiritual practices.
Rate: Your hourly wage
(For example, if you make $14/hour at McDonald’s, then my rate is $14/hour.)
Group Spiritual Direction
For those who value walking together…
Group Spiritual Direciton brings 2-4 individuals together to listen deeply to three sources: God/Higher Power/Universe, our own inner voices, and to our Higher Power on behalf of another.
Groups usually come together when the season of our souls overlap. For example, caregivers of parents with dementia may want to tend to their souls together during this season of caregiving. Or new empty nesters may choose to gather for a year to listen for what’s emerging from the newness, the grief, and the transition.
Groups meet monthly for 2 hours in my home or in another mutually agreed upon phsycial space. Virtual groups are not offered at this time.
Rate: $50-$75/month, depending on group size
